The Shibashi 18 Form Tai Chi Qigong exercise contains a good selection of light, gentle movements characteristic of Tai Chi. No prior experience is necessary to practice this routine. It is done in a slow, graceful manner so that breathing, body position & mental activity are naturally co-ordinated. In spite of its simple structure & easy movements, this exercise has proven effective in helping to alleviate the symptoms of many chronic ailments. A slightly modified version of this form can be done in a seated position.
